Enjoy refined taste of a dish and share it with your loved ones while using your Green Kamado.
Green Kamado has its roots in the past thousands of years ago. Archaeologists, studying the culture of East Asia, found ancient artifacts (clay vessels) that were more than 3,000 years old. The clay vessels were a traditional clay stove on firewood – the prototype of the Green Kamado. Many peoples in Asia liked this oven, and they fell in love with it, began to actively use it in everyday life. The Japanese called her by the affectionate name "kamado", which means "hearth" or "oven".
Kamado was a round clay pot with a domed lid, designed for steaming rice. In the last century, when visiting Japan, Americans noticed the kamado oven and began to bring it home as a souvenir. So, the wonderful Kamado furnaces were learned outside of East Asia, and now kamado has become a general term for this type of ceramic furnaces.
Everyone who tried dishes from the Kamado oven loved it; and the ovens themselves continued to be gradually improved using available knowledge, modern technologies and innovative materials.
A team of outstanding engineers and culinary enthusiasts got carried away with this delightful direction, trying to create a Kamado oven that would combine all the significant achievements and advantages of its predecessors, while bringing important and useful innovations to them.
Our engineers have created a unique culinary device - the Green Kamado oven! This oven has absorbed the best technologies, materials and innovative solutions, becoming a truly reliable and perfect culinary appliance. The oven was decided to be produced in China, a country with a centuries-old history of ceramic production, which is reflected in excellent production technologies. Our factory is ISO 9001 certified, Green Kamado products undergo extremely strict quality control before shipment.
Green Kamado has undergone many important changes: there is a regulator cover at the top, and a draft door at the bottom, for better temperature control. Firewood was switched to charcoal as the main fuel, which contributed to excellent temperature control.
The combination of factors - first–class ceramics that reflect heat well, uniform circulation of the air flow inside the oven and precise control of the required temperature - gives an excellent culinary result!
Everyone, no matter who has tried food cooked in the Green Kamado oven, notes its juiciness and incomparable rich taste. Green Kamado ovens have extreme versatility. They can be used not only for grilling or smoking, but also for baking pizza, bread, baking vegetables and fruits, making pies and cookies. Due to the excellent properties of ceramics to retain heat, a high temperature is achieved, which is maintained by precisely regulating the flow of air entering through the lower flap and exiting through the upper regulator.
The high temperature is ideal for fast cooking of steaks, burgers, sausages, while the low temperature allows you to cook large pieces of meat for a longer period of time in Low & Slow mode. And if you add a little wood chips to your Green Kamado, it will make your meat even more flavorful.
It may seem that the modern Green Kamado oven does not differ at all from its previous models, but this is only at first glance. This is because, while maintaining the recognizable shape of the furnace, we have introduced many technological innovations and will continue to do so.
After all, our task is to be the best manufacturer of Kamado ceramic ovens, both now and in the future.
